Jeffrey Trinklein is a recently retired partner in the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. In his 38 years with the firm, Jeff worked in Gibson Dunn’s New York, Munich, London, Dallas and Orange County offices. Jeff has served as a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and at the London Program of the University of Detroit School of Law. Jeff’s practice at Gibson Dunn focused on U.S. and international taxation, with special emphasis on advice to foreign clients with investments in the United States and advice to U.S. clients with foreign operations. Jeff is a trustee of the American Air Museum of Britain, is a member of the Johanniterorden, and is active in a number of Lutheran organizations. Jeff earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia and received an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago.
